Questions about plans and payment

No. The free plan lasts 14 days and needs no payment. Choose it, create your shop and start selling.

Your data stays safe and you can still see it, but you cannot record new sales or purchases until you renew. The app warns you a few days before the end, and the web menu shows the end date.

In the last 7 days of your plan. The new period starts on the day you pay, so renewing close to the end date gives you the most days.

Yes. Choose another plan from Subscriptions in your account at any time. Longer plans cost less per month.

No. Every plan covers your whole shop: all staff logins, all devices and all branches.

Yes. Every payment appears in your account under Reports › Subscription Report, where you can print or download the invoice.
